Initial testing on OS X is very nice. Starting ScenicView from the command line before and after starting a JavaFX application: ScenicView now detects the running app in both situations.
Will test more later.
Nice work!!
Running on OS X 10.7.4, Java 1.7.0_05. Does not seem to find any FX apps that are started before or after Scene Driver is started.
Could you please launch ScenicView from the console and send us your output?
I am running the pre-release version (1.7.0_06-ea-b20).
Additionally I have, for JavaFX development, added a symbolic link to the runtime (I doubt this is related but I explain here: http://stillhacking.blogspot.com/2012/07/javafx-maven-and-executables.html).
This is probably in the works, but single click packageing would be good. i.e. .app and .exe downloads. (not sure what to do for linux…)
